I teach Yin yoga and Hot Pilates. My yoga journey started out 16 years ago, as a form of physical therapy due to a severe spinal injury. Through constant practice, and teaching; yoga has changed my life on many levels. My practice keeps me grounded and focused in the present moment, it helps me understand and love myself, and has helped heal injuries from my past. After many years of practice, and my passion for yoga, I knew I wanted to teach, share my story, and what I’ve learned to help other students in our yoga community. Outside of yoga I love spending time on the beach/lake and traveling.
