ZEN HOT 90

The traditional Bikram 26 & 2 hot yoga class. Twenty six postures practiced twice and two breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees with a certified yoga teacher to guide your class. This class is Bikram’s beginning yoga class for all ages and fitness levels.

ZEN HOT 60

This is a 60 minute version of the traditional Bikram 26 and 2 hot yoga class practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees with a certified yoga teacher to guide your class. In this 60 minute class some postures are practiced twice and some once. Some postures will flow to the next posture without a rest. This class is good for those on tight time schedules. This class is for all ages and all fitness levels.

ZEN YIN 60

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The heat is turned off for a Yin class (but the room will still be warm from the previous classes). You can close your eyes and relax deeply and gently into the postures as relaxing, soft music plays. This class is also suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

ZEN HOT SILENT 60

This is a 60 minute version of the traditional Bikram 90 minute hot yoga class practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. There is a certified yoga teacher in your class but the teacher practices with the class and only offers cues as to when to begin and end each posture. All postures are practiced twice as in the traditional 90 minute class. The lights are dimmed. There is relaxing background music. This is a calming and meditative class. This class is for all ages and all fitness levels. However, we recommend students take at least ten non-silent Bikram classes before attending a silent Bikram class.

HIT Hot Pilates

This is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles. The room is heated to 95 degrees (F) with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is performed with fast paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately.

Reiki Meditation

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the use of hands to channel energy through the body for healing. The Reiki workshop created for Zen is a no contact, transformative experience, as it combines Reiki, guided meditation, sound, and purposeful movement to promote a sense of well-being.

Conducted by a licensed mental health professional and Reiki Master, this workshop seamlessly integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques, providing a unique blend that caters to both the physical and spiritual aspects of well-being. Each participant briefly receives personalized Reiki, giving them an opportunity to directly witness the gentle flow of healing energy as it revitalizes their entire being.

Body Wheel Yoga

The Body Wheel Yoga sequences are designed to increase the flexibility of the spine and the strength of the surrounding muscles. Some yin inspired postures are held for longer periods of time (2-5 minutes), allowing for greater openness through a deep yet safe stretch of your connective tissue. Body Wheel Yoga sequences are all ended with a breathing exercise and a guided meditation during Savasana.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. There is evidence that Yoga Nidra may help to relieve stress.

Zen Bliss 60

This class will be a 60 minute relaxing Yin, Body Wheel, Nidra or Meditation. Beginner Friendly, Not Heated, with Music.
