Adrianna first discovered Bikram Yoga in 2010, but it wasn’t until years later that she seriously considered stepping back into the hot room. After living with significant arthritis from a teenage injury—and exhausting countless rounds of physical therapy and steroid injections with little relief—she returned to the practice in 2017 seeking pain management and a final attempt at healing.
What began as a physical necessity quickly became something much deeper. As her body strengthened and her pain eased, Adrianna experienced profound mental and spiritual shifts as well. The discipline of the 26&2 series, the stillness, and the breathwork helped her reconnect with herself in ways she never expected. The practice not only improved her physically, but also grounded her spiritually and supported her mental clarity and resilience.
Inspired by the transformation she experienced, Adrianna attended Bikram Yoga teacher training in 2022. She teaches with compassion, precision, and a belief that the practice meets each student exactly where they are. Her classes focus on alignment, breath, and personal growth—encouraging students to build strength and presence one posture, one breath, and one class at a time.
